We are a small physiotherapy clinic located in the heart of Reading, working hard to make you feel and perform your best.

After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Bournemouth University, I started working for the NHS as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in 2023. Currently, I rotate around East Berkshire sites, which allows me to develop diverse and specialised skills.

 

I have particular interest in lower back and chronic pain and in helping people return to their chosen activities and sports. I strongly believe in building confidence in your body, so that you can meet the physical demands of your activities and sports and return to them as soon as possible.

In my spare time, I enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, going to the gym and generally being active. I am a big foodie and enjoy all things pastry!
