ABOUT ME

After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Bournemouth University, I started working for the NHS as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in 2023. I completed my time as a junior working across Bracknell, Maidenhead and Slough before moving to West Berkshire Community Hospital Newbury as a senior physiotherapist where I current reside.

Over the past two years ago I also set up JGP Physiotherapy in Reading, where I can provide the time, attention and quality of care every patient deserves.

I have particular interest in lower back and chronic pain and in helping people return to their chosen activities and sports. I strongly believe in building confidence in your body, so that you can meet the physical demands of your activities and sports and return to them as soon as possible.

In my spare time, I enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, going to the gym and generally being active. I am a big foodie and enjoy all things pastry!
